Apple Crisp

Toss together in a bowl:
4 c. Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

CRUMB TOPPING:

Combine in a bowl:
2/3 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. AP Flour
1/2 c. Oatmeal
1 tsp. Cinnamon
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Mix into above dry ingredients to form crumbs:
1/3 c. butter, softened (not melted)
 
 
 
 

Place apples in an 8″ X 8″ pan.  Top with crumbs.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.  Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream.
